Aldrich Wealth was ranked 12th among Financial Services companies in the Portland Business Journal’s 2025 list of Most Admired Companies in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Based on CEO admiration scores collected through a regional survey of executive leaders, Aldrich Wealth was one of six companies in the top 15 headquartered in the Portland metro area.

The firm’s inclusion on this year’s list reflected its continued presence and engagement within the regional business community and financial services industry. 

To determine the Most Admired Companies, the Portland Business Journal surveyed more than 2,000 CEO-level executives across Oregon and Southwest Washington. More than 200 leaders responded, identifying the organizations they most admired in 10 industry categories and across all industries. Respondents selected their first-, second-, and third-place choices, with rankings determined by a weighted point system: first choice received three points, second choice two points, and third choice one point. 

Participants received comprehensive lists of eligible organizations in each category and were also permitted to submit write-in nominations. Companies considered for recognition were not limited to those headquartered in Oregon or Southwest Washington but included any organization with a substantial presence in the region.
