Information We Collect: Aldrich Wealth collects nonpublic personal information about you (such as your name,
address, social security number, birth date, etc.) as part of our relationship with you, to provide you with services,
and to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements. We may collect information about you from applications or other
forms you provide us, as well as from communications (emails, telephone conversations, or in-person meetings)
with you or your authorized representatives (such as your attorney, accountant, etc.). We also collect information
about your brokerage accounts and transactions (such as purchases, sales, account balances, inquiries, etc.).
Information We Disclose: We may disclose nonpublic personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email address to our related or affiliate firms for operational or joint marketing purposes. Aldrich Wealth does not and will not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties to market to you. We may disclose personal information we collect from you with unaffiliated third parties to provide services to you, or as permitted or required by law. For example, certain nonpublic information about you may be disclosed in the

- To comply with a validly issued and enforceable subpoena or summons.
- With federal and state regulators to review firm records for industry standard compliance.

companies, consultants, and auditors). Third parties are prohibited to use or share the information we
provide them for any other purpose. We require strict confidentiality in our agreements with them and
expect them to keep this information private. - To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, etc.
- To resolve client disputes or inquiries.
- As permitted by you to your service providers (for example with your accountant or lawyer).
- As otherwise permitted by law, or in the ordinary course of business.
Security of Personal Information: We control access to your nonpublic personal information to employees of
Aldrich Wealth, or one of our affiliated firms, who have a business or professional reason for knowing, and only to
unaffiliated parties as permitted by law. We maintain a secure office and computer environment to ensure your
information is not placed at unreasonable risk. Personally identifiable information about you will be maintained
during the time you are a client, and for the required time thereafter as set by federal and state securities laws. After this required period of record retention, the information will be destroyed.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy: We are prohibited under the law from changing the material terms of this policy
without advising you first. If it is necessary to disclose any of your personal information in a way that is inconsistent
