We believe in ongoing employee education for participants in all corporate retirement plans, to encourage participation and help plan for a secure future. We have a variety of educational tools available from newsletters, videos, online tools and in-person meetings.

Our employee education efforts begin with understanding the goals of the plan sponsor to determine the most effective education delivery methods for their employee base. Aldrich strives to provide a variety of learning methods to meet the needs of every participant, including:

Our advisors are experienced in communicating the various components of retirement plan benefits to employees. We have the capability to craft an individualized approach for each participant by providing a dedicated plan representative to work with your group. This advisor is available to participants in order to provide them with a trusted partner who can serve as a long-term resource on their journey to retirement. Your participants will have the ability to contact and work with this advisor. In addition, our director of employee education facilitates retirement education and communication activities and serves as a resource for plan sponsors.
