Aldrich Wealth, a registered investment (RIA) advisor with over $6B in assets under management (AUM) and ranked nationally as the 13th largest wealth manager associated with a CPA firm, today announced Heather Wonderly as President and Chief Executive Officer to assume the role in fall 2024. Wonderly will serve as the firm’s second CEO succeeding co-founder Scott Barchus as he transitions to Director of Aldrich Family Office (AFO).
In her new role, leveraging 23 years of industry experience, nearly 20 of which have been at Aldrich Wealth, Wonderly will steer the firm as the Private Wealth division expands specialized services to meet the needs of business owners transitioning their companies as they move into the next phase of their life, and as the Corporate Retirement Plan (CRP) division specializes in mid-sized businesses that value expansive custom services on overall plan management, employee advice, and fiduciary investment management and duty. Wonderly has spearheaded Aldrich Wealth’s CRP’s strategic initiatives, successfully leading the division’s year-over-year revenue growth of 10%.
“During Heather’s tenure she has demonstrated her innate ability to not only prioritize exemplary and reliable services to clients, but a leadership style built on empathy, resilience, and adaptability,” said Barchus. “The management team and I are confident Heather will harness these skills as she steps into her new role as CEO.”
Barchus co-founded Aldrich Wealth over 25 years ago and has since grown the firm’s AUM while expanding offices across the West Coast. Following the transition, Barchus will maintain his position on the Aldrich Board of Partners, Aldrich Wealth’s management team, and continue to serve his long-standing clients. As Director of AFO, Barchus will enhance the division’s client services and propel the division’s growth initiatives.
