The NAPA Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40 list: Announced November 13, 2025, recipients were selected based on a combination of data submitted by the nominees, including the following: plan size managed, advisor revenue percentage relative to total assets under advisement, total dollar value of defined contribution/defined benefit book of business managed, and other criteria as of October 2025. The NAPA Top Women of Excellence: Announced October 20, 2025, the nominees were asked to respond to a series of questions, both quantitative and qualitative, about their experience and practice. Those questions were then reviewed anonymously by a panel of judges. Selected women were honored in three separate categories: Captains (focused on growth of the organization and business, they are principals, leaders, owners, or producing advisors); MVPs (primarily focused on managing relationships and retention of clients); and Rising Stars (less than five years of experience with retirement plans). No compensation was provided in connection with this recognition. Kathy Peterson was honored as a Captain in 2025, based on data compiled from August 2024-2025.
