He is also a featured speaker on fiduciary governance strategies and best practices for protecting plan fiduciaries at Aldrich Wealth’s annual client training events. Plein achieved his bachelor’s degree at Portland State University and received an advanced diploma from the University of Oxford.

Prior to joining Aldrich Wealth, McKillip was a retirement plan consultant and portfolio manager for a Northwest-based investment advisory firm and spent some time with a national wealth management firm. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon and received his Master’s of Business Administration from George Fox University. McKillip holds an Investment Advisor Representative, Series 65 license, and has completed the Certified Health Savings Advisor course and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA™) designation.
