Heather has 23 years of experience providing guidance to 401(k) retirement plan committees and helping clients understand investments, compliance, fiduciary responsibility, and administration for corporate retirement plans. In the fall of 2024, after nearly 20 years at Aldrich Wealth, she was named President and Chief Executive Officer, leveraging her extensive industry specialization in her new role.
Her profound knowledge and collaborative approach empower her to deliver comprehensive solutions that prioritize the needs of our clients and the strategic growth of the firm, while considering the well-being of Aldrich Wealth’s people. She holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFATM) credentials, and has also completed the Series 7 and Series 66 security exams.
Heather has been recognized as NAPA’s Captain list of Top Women Advisors for three consecutive years, and the firm’s advising team Heather leads has been named for six consecutive years as one of NAPA’s Top Defined Contribution (DC) Advisor Teams.
