Get to know Mark Parsons, our new Director of Operations, as he shares what brought him to the firm, career accomplishments he is most proud of, and how he aims to enhance Aldrich Wealth’s client experience.
I’ve always been passionate about creating efficient systems and processes, and the role of Director of Operations at Aldrich Wealth seemed like the perfect opportunity to apply my skills in a meaningful way. The firm’s core values and mission statement to improve the lives of their people, clients, and communities really resonated with me and aligned with key attributes that I looked for in a company. I was excited by the opportunity to contribute to a firm that values innovation, growth, and excellence while providing the culture and values to support those goals.
One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a major operational overhaul that centralized and streamlined key operational activities freeing up time for sales partners to focus on providing outstanding service to their clients, which resulted in a 25% increase in efficiency and improved customer satisfaction. It was a challenging project, but seeing the positive impact it had for our teams and our clients was very rewarding.
I’m excited to work with a talented team that is committed to providing exceptional service to our advisors and clients. In this role, I get to have direct impact in ensuring that our team members and clients have the best possible experience. I look forward to contributing to an already very collaborative and supportive environment where we can truly improve the lives of the people and communities that we support.
Enhancing the client experience involves a multifaceted approach giving attention to streamlining and elevating our processes allows the firm to ensure that our services are delivered consistently and efficiently. Providing clear service expectations allows advisors to deliver timely and high-quality support to our clients. Additionally, working closely with our IT partners to identify and implement new technologies that enhance current our platforms will provide our teams and clients with the tools they need to be successful while providing the necessary scalability to support our growth goals. Finally, ensuring that our client services teams are well trained so that we can continue to offer the high level of service that Aldrich Wealth is known for.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in the great outdoors. Hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and hunting are some of my favorite activities, and we have it all here in the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, I love travelling, with South African safaris being some of my most memorable experiences.
